Post Card

Challenge:

Post cards were a universal way of communication at a time when the only way of mass communication was through printed newspapers, journals, books, posters and the post. Post cards were a very popular method of communication throughout western Europe as they were inexpensive to buy, inexpensive to send, readily available and could be endlessly creative in the message their pictures conveyed.

What do I do next:

Thinking about one of the men you have already researched from the 16th Battalion Manchester Regiment, can you write a post card message to him CLICK HERE or CLICK HERE to download postcard.  What would you say?

Can you now design a postcard especially for your solider?
